Gym4Tots provides classes for Children to help kick start these healthy habits at a young age guiding parents and child through movements which are energetic and fun.
Our aim is not just children but new parents too, parenthood is hard, and new parents can feel isolated. We want new parents to feel like there is a place to go to meet people who are in the same position as them and feel relaxed. With the help of gentle exercise with our friendly qualified pre/post Natal exercise instructor we will have mums getting back in shape in no time as well as helping with bonding and interaction with your baby.
